This website is operated by Love Like Jesus, a charitable organization dedicated to children with cancer and their families. Registration details and registered address: [to be completed before launch].

All donations are voluntary gifts to support our charitable mission. They are not payments for goods or services.

Donations to a specific child's campaign are used for that child's treatment and family support. If a campaign exceeds its goal, or if funds cannot be used as planned, the surplus goes to our general fund supporting the other children in our care.

We publish how funds are used and keep audited accounts available on request.

Monthly donations recur automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — reply to any receipt email or contact us, and the cancellation takes effect immediately, no questions asked.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms of service. We never see or store your card details.

If a donation was made in error — wrong amount, duplicate charge, or unauthorized use of your card — contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. For any other situation, refunds are at our reasonable discretion, because donated funds may already have been put to work.

Whether your donation is tax deductible depends on the laws of your country of residence. You will receive a donation receipt by email which you can use for your tax declaration where applicable. Nothing on this website is tax advice.

All content on this website — including the children's stories and photos — is published with the written consent of their families and is protected by copyright.

You may share links to this page. You may not reuse the children's photos or stories in any other context without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website: no fraudulent donations, no attempts to breach its security, no scraping of personal data, and no use of the content to mislead donors.

We maintain this website with care, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
